Sasta Bazar provides easy and hassle free cancellation policy. You can cancel your order any time before the order is out for delivery. You can also reject the delivery at your doorstep or ask for the replacement, if you are not satisfied with any product.
You can cancel the order from within the app inside Order History, or call us on +91 8670780158 to cancel your order.
We have a hassle free return and replacement policy for our customers. If you are not satisfied with the delivered product, get in touch with our customer care support and we will immediately replace the product.
If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 3 to 5 working days. If the customer wants to return the products they have to request for return within 12 HOURS of delivery of the products. The amount will be refunded via same source within 3 to 5 working days.
Return and Refund Policy
Products purchased from our site can be returned for a refund within 48 hours from the date of the invoice provided:
The product has not been used and has not been altered in any manner
The product is intact and in saleable condition, and
The product is accompanied by the original invoice of purchase.
The following types of products - once accepted by customers cannot be returned:
Refrigerated items such as Butter, Cheese, Dahi, etc.
Seasonal and Festive items such as Decoration lights, Gift Packs, etc.
Items purchased in Bulk quantities
Personal utility items such as undergarments, handkerchiefs, socks, and cosmetics,
Fresh food and non-food items such as vegetables, fruits, and flowers.
NON-STOCK ORDER ITEMS
Non- stock order items have been purchased especially for you. Because they can’t be resold, they are not returnable except when damaged or of questionable quality at time of deliver. To return non- stock items after delivery, due to damage or quality, you’ll need authorisation after an inspection by a designated Sasta Bazar Representative.
WHEN YOUR DELIVERY ARRIVES, YOU SHOULD KNOW:
Our delivery partner will gladly help you verify that the items delivered agree with your invoice.
Should you choose to return any product, our delivery partner will issue a Credit Request.
If a product is short on delivery, our delivery partner will make an adjustment on the invoice.
If a product is damaged, our delivery partner will make an adjustment on your invoice.
Once you are satisfied with your order, please pay/sign the invoice.
